कर्नाटक हिजाब केस: फिलहाल जारी रहेगा बैन, जजों में मतभेद के कारण अब बड़ी बेंच करेगी फैसला

कर्नाटक के शिक्षण संस्थानों में हिजाब पर लगाए गए बैन के मामले की आज यानी 13 अक्टूबर को सुनवाई पूरी हुई। जस्टिस हेमंत गुप्ता और जस्टिस सुधांशु धूलिया की खंडपीठ ने 10 दिनों की लंबी सुनवाई के बाद 22 सितंबर को इस पर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था। इस मामले में दो जजों की इस बेंच में दोनों जजों की राय अलग है।

खंडपीठ के एक जज जस्टिस सुधांशु धूलिया ने अपने फैसले में हाई कोर्ट का फैसला पलटने के पक्ष में फैसला लिखा है, तो वहीं जस्टिस हेमंत गुप्ता ने हाईकोर्ट का फैसला बरकरार रखने के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया। अब इस मामले में बड़ी बेंच का गठन करने के लिए CJI को मामला भेजा जा रहा है। अब CJI यूयू ललित ही फैसला करने के लिए बेंच का गठन करेंगे।

गौरतलब है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दायर इस याचिका में कर्नाटक सरकार पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा गया है कि सरकार हिजाब बैन के फैसले से मुस्लिम समुदाय को निशाना बना रही है। साथ ही मुस्लिम छात्राओं ने कोर्ट में यह दलील भी दी थी कि हिजाब पहनने से किसी के मौलिक अधिकार का हनन भी नहीं होता।

कर्नाटक ने कहा, ब्लैक फंगस के कारणों की जांच कर रही विशेषज्ञ समिति ने अपनी शुरुआती रिपोर्ट सौंपी

कर्नाटक के शिक्षा मंत्री डॉक्टर के. सुधाकर ने कहा है कि ब्लैक फंगस के कारणों की जांच कर रही विशेषज्ञ समिति ने अपनी शुरुआती रिपोर्ट सौंप दी है। इस रिपोर्ट में अस्पतालों को सलाह दी गई है कि ह्युमिडिफायर्स में शुद्ध जल इस्तेमाल करें। समिति के अनुसार नल के जल का इस्तेमाल करने के कारण कोरोना रोगियों में ब्लैक फंगस के मामले बढ़ रहे हैं।

डॉक्टर सुधाकर ने बताया कि सघन चिकित्सा कक्ष में प्रयुक्त उपकरणों में फंगस विकसित होने के मामले मिले हैं, इसलिए हर नए विदेशी मुद्रा समाचार कर्नाटक रोगी के लिए इन उपकरणों को सैनिटाइज़ किया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीण इलाकों में कोरोना के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि कोरोना मरीजों को घर में न रख कर, स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में ही रखा जाए।
